AQUILINA BASSES is committed to guarantee an irreproachable and reassuring service to its resellers.

The CONTRACTUAL GUARANTEE of AQUILINA BASSES entirely protects your customers in shop, with three levels of SAV:

Level I :

All spare parts of Basses Aquilina are covered by a total guarantee for the three years following the purchase of a customer in your point of sale.

Aquilina Basses will ship the replacement part free of charge within 48 hours after the claim (and upon presentation of a facsimile of your customer’s invoice)

Level II :

All spare parts of Basses Aquilina are covered by a total guarantee for the three years following the purchase of a customer in your point of sale.

Aquilina Basses is fully responsible for the intervention costs of the professional, after review and validation of the quote he has made.

This warranty is also valid for three years after the purchase at your point of sale. (upon presentation of a facsimile of your customer’s invoice).

Level III :

The concern encountered requires a return to the workshop of Saint Armel / France.

Aquilina Basses will send you a pre-paid voucher and then make the repairs. This operation does not cause any costs for you or your customer.

Reminder: Basses are guaranteed for life against any design or manufacturing defect.

Note: The present conditions are intended to protect the distributors of Aquilina Basses and their direct customers. They apply exclusively to new instruments. They don’t do well with used or second-hand instruments.
